System Materials & Durability
Our ground mounts are built from hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, Zn-Al-Mg (ZAM) coated steel, and anodized aluminum. For fasteners, you can choose between 304 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant coated steel. We recommend the right fastener material based on your site conditions and project specs to hit the standard 25-year utility lifespan.
Foundation Setups
Depending on your terrain constraints and load requirements, you can deploy our racking in two main setups:
- Single-Post: Lowers your total foundation count. This base handles higher east-west slope variations and simplifies pile-driving on rolling terrain.
- Multi-Post: Spreads array weight and environmental stresses across multiple bearing points. This gives you the structural stiffness needed for flat sites facing high wind speeds and heavy ground snow.
Site Adaptation & Installation
- Foundations: Anchor the mounts using driven C-posts, ground screws, or cast-in-place concrete ballasts based on your local geotechnical data and soil bearing capacity.
- Installation Tolerances: Structural nodes feature pre-punched slots and adjustable brackets. These built-in vertical and horizontal tolerances absorb uneven topography, saving you from heavy on-site grading work.
- Array Yield: We set ground clearances and row spacing to support bifacial rear-side generation and improve megawatt density inside irregular plot lines.

Matching Foundations to Your Geotech
Depending on your soil profile, choose from four main foundation setups:
- Driven C-Posts:Your go-to for standard cohesive soils. They go in fast and give you immediate structural stability.
- Ground Screws:The right choice for dense, rocky profiles or freeze-thaw zones. They deliver the pull-out resistance you need, letting you skip heavy pre-drilling.
- Precast Concrete Ballasts:When regulations or site conditions (like landfills, brownfields, or shallow bedrock) rule out ground penetration, these blocks distribute the system loads safely across the surface.
- Cast-in-Place Piers:Pour concrete on-site to lock in maximum uplift capacity when dealing with loose or sandy soils.
Ground Mount Racking for Commercial & Utility Solar
We manufacture ground mount structures to handle the site-specific wind, snow, and geotechnical requirements of your utility or large commercial projects. To reduce field labor, our racking ships with factory pre-assembled components, alongside configurable structural options to adapt to your specific foundation and layout.

Code & Wind Tested
We validate designs against IBC, AS/NZS 1170, and Eurocode. Third-party wind tunnel tests prove aeroelastic stability, ensuring arrays handle dynamic wind loads.

Pre-Assembled Parts
We ship clamps and triangle frames pre-assembled. You deal with fewer loose fasteners and zero on-site drilling or cutting, dropping your field labor hours.

Efficient Site Delivery
We pack components to maximize container space, cutting per-MW freight costs. Pallets arrive labeled by structural zone, matching your field sequencing.

Bifacial & Large Format
Mount standard or large-format (M10/G12) modules. We calculate structural clearances to stop rear-side shading, giving your bifacial panels full exposure.

Flexible Array Layouts
Hit ground coverage targets within tight site boundaries. Choose from 1P or 2P portrait, or multi-row landscape setups to fit your specific plot limits.

Geotech-Driven Specs
Send us your geotech reports. We calculate exact spans and pull-out resistance, recommending the right foundation for your soil profile.
