System Structure

HDPE floats + hot-dip galvanized steel frames + anchoring

HDPE Floats

Main floats, access floats, and G5 walkway panels. They pin together with HDPE bolts, nuts, and connector plates.

Steel Frame

C52 rails, square tubes, and tube connectors. The frame sits on top of the floats.

Module Supports

G5 front and rear legs set the tilt. Mid and end clamps lock the modules down tight.

Connections

U-clamps bolt the steel frame to the floats. Tube splices join the square tubes, so you can easily extend rows later.

Anchoring

Square tube arms and welded G5 anchor frames. Run mooring lines out to shore anchors, bottom weights, or pile anchors—whatever the site needs.

Certifications and Tests

TÜV certified. Wind-tunnel tested for aerodynamics. Mechanically rated for heavy snow loads.
