HDPE Float Structure

The system's floats consist of G5G main floats, access floats, and G5 walkway panels, connected by plastic bolts, nuts, and long strip washers.
Carbon Steel Mounting Frame Structure

Composed of C52 longitudinal beams, square steel, and square steel connectors, it is mounted on top of the floats.
Module Support and Connection Structure

G5 front and rear support legs hold the PV modules in place, while end clamps secure the edges of the PV modules.
System Connection Methods

The carbon steel mounting frame structure is connected to the floats via U - shaped clamp assemblies. Square steel members are linked by extenders, facilitating modular expansion and layout in later stages.
Anchoring Structure
