The G4M is a floating PV mounting system for inland reservoirs, mining subsidence areas, and nearshore waters. Reinforced main-float connections carry the structural and wind loads, and the larger float volume gives you the buoyancy reserve needed when water levels fluctuate or O&M crews concentrate live loads. The system supports multiple row and tilt configurations and accepts mainstream framed modules. Wind resistance is rated at 60 m/s, and we match mooring and anchor layouts to your site conditions and project requirements.
G4M Floating PV Mounting System
Typical Applications
For deep water, strong currents, and reservoirs with large level swings.
System Structure
HDPE floats + ZAM-coated steel legs + anchoring.
HDPE Floats

Four components: main floats, plus long, short, and longitudinal walkways, forming a three-row layout.
Module Supports

Front and rear ZAM-coated legs set the tilt. Mid and end clamps lock the modules down.
Connections

Floats pin together with HDPE bolts, nuts, standard washers, and connector plates.
Anchoring

U-brackets, square tubes, and welded G5 anchor frames connect the array to the mooring lines.
