System Structure

With Rails

Fasten an L-foot to the top of the clamp, then install the rail. The rail distributes the load across multiple clamps.

Rail-less

Secure the module directly to the clamp using standard mid and end clamps. Less BOM, less dead load on the roof.

Non-Destructive Clamping

The inner profile matches the Klip-Lok seam. Torquing the side fasteners to 15-20 Nm distributes the clamping force across the rib, preventing sheet deformation.

Uplift Resistance

Tested to a 2.0 kN pull-out force per clamp, the design supports system wind loads up to 60 m/s and snow loads up to 1.6 kN/m². Actual capacity on-site depends on sheet gauge and purlin spacing.

Galvanic Isolation & Waterproofing

The non-penetrating installation maintains existing roof waterproofing. EPDM rubber pads inside the jaws isolate the aluminum clamp from coated steel roofing, preventing galvanic corrosion.
