MOUNTING COMPONENTS

Foundations and rails that hold. Ground screws in HDG carbon steel, carport columns and main beams in HDG H-section steel, module rails in AL6005-T5 aluminum. Bolt patterns are fixed across the catalog, so screws, columns, beams, brackets, and rails mate without field drilling. Pick a stock model, or send a drawing.

Solar Mounting System Components

Ground Screws

Helical screws for soft to medium soils. HDG is standard; for coastal and agri-PV sites, step up to thicker HDG or 304 stainless.

H-Beams & Columns

HDG carbon steel H-sections for carport structures. The same profile works as column or main beam—columns ship with a welded base plate so they bolt directly to the footing with anchor bolts. Beam-to-column connections use pre-punched holes, no field drilling. ZM (zinc-aluminum-magnesium) coating is available for C4/C5 coastal or farmland atmospheres where HDG alone isn't enough.

Rails

AL6005-T5 rails for module mounting. The profile accepts standard mid and end clamps for 30 to 40 mm frames, portrait or landscape. T-slot channels with pre-loaded nuts cut install time. ZM-coated steel rails are available when project loads or budget favor steel over aluminum.

Ground Screws

Carbon steel helical ground screw for solar mounting foundations.

H-Beams & Columns

Aluminum alloy H-beam and column for solar mounting structures.

Rails

Aluminum alloy solar rail for PV module mounting and racking systems.

Where They Fit

  • Utility and C&I ground-mount: screws plus aluminum or ZM-coated steel rails, fixed-tilt to 20° slope, single-axis trackers to 15° NS grade.
  • Coastal and agri-PV sites: thicker HDG or stainless screws, ZM-coated steel structures, aluminum rails.
  • Carport: HDG H-section columns with welded base plates, H-section main beams, aluminum rails above.
  • Commercial rooftop: aluminum rails and ballast frames—light enough for the lift to the roof.

Why Choose Mibet

Pick From Stock Models

Custom lengths are available when a project calls for them. For most sites a stock screw, H-section, or rail fits.

Fits Your Build

Screws suit fixed-tilt to 20° slope; trackers to 15° NS grade. Beam-to-column and column-to-footing connections are bolt-up, so the crew needs no welder on site.
