Structural Integrity

The V-legs anchor to dual concrete foundation points. Structural load travels down both legs, ensuring the framework maintains rigidity under wind and snow stress. This dual-leg geometry eliminates central bracing, so you do not lose parking spaces to the support structure.

Integrated Water Management

Panel runoff drains directly into the interlocking cross beams. EPDM gaskets seal the beam joints, and an internal gutter routes water through the beam to the column downspout. This mechanism keeps moisture away from vehicles and prevents winter ice lines.

Modular Assembly

We pre-assemble the V-frames at our facility and ship them with standardized bolt-up connection kits. The structural fasteners use SUS304 stainless and zinc-nickel plated steel. Everything bolts together on site—no field cutting, no welding.

Configurable Geometry

Leg height, bay span, and single- or double-cantilever layouts are configured to match your site plan. Standard kits include the anchor plate, square tube column, conical symmetric cross beam 135 with splice, Beam 160, waterproof caps, and the required clamp set: wide end clamps, U25 inter clamps, or C-clamps for panels.
