Rows turn east to west through the day. Each is driven at several points along the torque tube. That shortens the free span, reduces torsion, and keeps the row on target when wind picks up.

Tracking follows sun position for the site. At low sun angles the controller backtracks to keep rows out of each other's shade. Compared to fixed tilt on the same ground, annual energy is usually 15-25% higher, with the top end in high-DNI sites. Most of that gain comes from morning and evening hours.

Typical Applications

Utility-scale on plains, gentle rolls, desert, or brownfield. Works for industrial-park builds too. For agri-PV or grazing, we set row spacing and height to leave clear working room under the modules.

Multi-Point Drive

A central drive with mechanical linkages drives each row at two or more points. Short spans reduce torsional deflection and increase structural stiffness to prevent wind-induced flutter. The row holds position in high wind.

Tracking with Backtracking

The controller runs on site coordinates and time. Near sunrise and sunset, it holds the angle back to avoid row-to-row shading.

Monitoring

Each tracker reports position, motor current, wind speed, and faults over radio or cable. You see live status, event logs, and a Modbus/TCP API for SCADA.

Weather Stow

Set your thresholds. The array moves to a low-tilt stow in high wind, or to a steep angle to shed snow. A built-in backup power pack finishes the move if grid power drops.

Terrain and Modules

Handles up to 15% N-S grade without grading. Row-to-row height tolerance absorbs normal site unevenness. Compatible with large-format and bifacial modules. Tube height and clamp geometry keep rear-side light open.

O&M

Continuous module alignment with no drive gaps lets cleaning robots run end to end. The wide tracking range extends the production window.
