S10 Ballasted Flat Roof Mounting System

Mibet Flat Roof Matrix Ballast System S10 is composed of anodized aluminum alloy supports and zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel wind deflectors. As a non-penetrating solution specially designed for flat roofs, it can effectively protect the roof surface. The system can be optionally equipped with multi-sided wind deflectors to meet the wind pressure requirements of different regions, enhancing wind resistance while reducing the required ballast and lowering the roof load.

Stable and Wind-resistant Structure

Made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials, combined with a matrix layout and multi-sided wind deflector design, the system ensures stable operation under harsh weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rains.

Roof Structure Protection

The non-penetrating ballast structure design eliminates the need for drilling during installation, thus avoiding damage to the roof waterproof layer. The system load is evenly distributed to reduce the roof bearing load. Optional EPDM rubber washers are available to achieve double protection.

Simplified Installation Process

Main components are highly pre-assembled, and positioning tools are provided to quickly fix the connectors, simplifying installation steps and shortening on-site installation time.

Attractive and Safe Layout

The matrix array layout is neat, attractive and highly safe; the access passages are unobstructed, which avoids the risk of tripping during walking and facilitates later cleaning and maintenance.

Flexible Ballast Options

Three ballast solutions are available: double-sided ballast plates, ballast support plates and cement blocks fixed with angle aluminum. Users can flexibly select the appropriate solution according to project wind pressure and budget to optimize project costs.
