Mechanical Waterproofing

The joints block water through physical geometry rather than chemical sealants. The main W-rails carry the structural load; a secondary U-channel sits below each joint with a continuous EPDM gasket. Rain hits the glass, runs to the rail, drops into the channel, and exits to the gutter.

Lifecycle Durability

The frame is AL6005-T5 aluminum. We specify an anodized finish to withstand industrial emissions and coastal moisture. We match the structural lifespan to the 25-year module warranty, so you avoid replacing rails before panels.

Fast Installation

The components arrive pre-assembled. Crews bolt the brackets to the purlins, drop in the rails, lay the gaskets, and set the modules. The process skips field cutting, welding, and sealant guns. You dry-in the building at the same time you install the solar array.

CapEx Savings

The mounting framework and PV array replace the bare-metal roofing, the fasteners, and the labor to install them. That cuts material costs and shortens the build schedule.

Thermal Performance and Daylight

The gap between the modules and W-rails lets air rise from eave to ridge. This updraft pulls heat off the back of the panels, holding the output closer to nameplate capacity on hot days. If you specify bifacial or transparent backsheet modules, that same gap passes diffuse light into the workspace, reducing daytime lighting loads.
