Tilt Options

Three leg kits cover the range: 10–15°, 15–30°, and 30–60°. Keeping the strut short at low tilts minimizes the exposed tube length and reduces wind drag. You set the angle during installation, or crews can adjust it seasonally using standard hand tools.

Materials and Corrosion

The anodic layer and stainless fasteners stop galvanic corrosion in coastal and industrial environments. The mounting components resist degradation at the connection points, yielding a 25-year service life.

Structural Ratings

Hinged front and rear bases spread point loads into the roof structure. The assembly handles wind speeds up to 60 m/s and snow loads of 1.4 kN/m² (AS/NZS 1170.2, JIS C 8955, IBC). We confirm the exact spans, fixings, and ballast weight for your site before releasing the final drawings.

Modules and attachment

The rails accept current large-format frames. Each base features a pre-fitted EPDM pad to cushion the interface and protect the mounting surface. The components ship pre-assembled, meaning roof time is mostly positioning, squaring, and torquing.
