Rail-based system

Panels are mounted on guide rails using mid and end clamps, anchored by standing seam clamps.

Rail-less system

Panels are mounted directly to the standing seam clamps using mid and end clamps, eliminating the need for rails.

Profile-Specific Geometry

One clamp shape does not fit every seam. We engineer distinct clamp profiles for snap-lock, single-fold (architectural), double-fold (mechanical), and bulb seams. The correct fit spreads the load across the seam and keeps the panel from deforming under wind uplift.

High-Strength Materials

The aluminum clamp and SUS304 stainless steel fasteners prevent galvanic corrosion. Choose single or multi-set-screw configurations. Both are rated for wind and snow loads per ASCE 7-16.

Non-Penetrating Attachment

The clamp grips the seam; it does not pierce the metal. Rounded-nose set screws dimple the seam. That metal-to-metal contact creates a continuous electrical bonding path that meets UL 2703. This preserves the roof manufacturer's warranty.

Railed and Rail-less Options

The top threaded hole accepts standard components to mount solar modules. Bolt an L-foot to the base for railed systems. For rail-less builds, secure the panels to the clamp using PV mid/end clamps.
