Structural Durability

AL6005-T5 aluminum, anodized for corrosion resistance. We rate the assembly to AS/NZS 1170 and Eurocode 9, clearing 60 m/s wind and 1.4 kN/m² snow loads.

Watertight Attachment

The EPDM pad compresses against the rib profile during fastening. Fastened with SUS304 or bimetallic self-drilling screws (featuring bonded EPDM washers), the penetration stays dry. The pad physically separates the aluminum rail from the steel deck, breaking the galvanic circuit.

Fast Installation

Position the rail, drive the screws into the crown, and lock in the clamps. You drill fewer holes and carry fewer components up the roof compared to continuous rail layouts.

Universal Module Fit

The top channel accepts common mid and end clamps. It handles most framed modules (30 mm to 40 mm thick) in either portrait or landscape orientation.
