Tilt Options

Configurations include fixed or adjustable tilt. Standard angles run 10° to 45°. We engineer custom frames up to 60° for high-latitude sites targeting winter-heavy production. Crews adjust the orientation on site using a telescopic rear leg and a locking bolt.

Structural Strength

The triangular structure transfers dynamic wind and snow loads to the base. We rate the system for wind speeds up to 60 m/s. The aluminum and steel profiles carry snow loads up to 1.6 kN/m². Structural calculations follow AS/NZS 1170, IBC, JIS C 8955, and Eurocode.

Module Fit

Rails and clamps secure most framed panels, including large-format M10 and G12 modules. The standard hardware grips 30 mm to 35 mm frames, with alternative sizes available upon request.

Field Installation

The hinges and main bolts arrive pre-assembled. Installation crews lift the unit, unfold the triangle, and tighten the connections with standard wrenches. Fewer loose parts means fewer dropped fasteners and less labor time on the roof.

Shipping and Storage

Folding the brackets reduces transit volume by up to 40%. You fit more sets onto every pallet and shipping container. That lowers freight costs and clears staging space in the yard.
