Agri-PV Structure
The frame is 6000-series aluminum. Standard clearance is 3 to 5 meters, set to your machinery. Column spans run 6 to 12 meters, so you keep straight passes for tractors, sprayers, and harvesters.
Light at the canopy comes from tilt and spacing. For shade-tolerant crops like leafy greens and berries, tighter spacing cuts direct sun and holds diffuse light. For wheat, maize, or other full-sun crops, wider spacing and steeper tilt let more PAR (photosynthetically active radiation) through. Translucent double-glass modules are an option when you need finer control.
Foundations are driven piles, ground screws, or concrete pads, chosen for your soil and local rules on farm ground disturbance. Fasteners are 304 stainless steel. The aluminum needs no recoating.
Why it matters
- Land use: Field results often show a Land Equivalent Ratio of 1.3 to 1.6. That means one hectare of agri-PV can deliver the combined output you would normally need 1.3 to 1.6 hectares to get from separate power and crop land.
- Farm compliance:Open spans keep the ground in production, which fits dual-use rules like Germany's DIN SPEC 91434, France's APER law, and China's agri-PV requirements.
- Light control:We size tilt, spacing, and module type to the PAR level your crop needs.
- Machine access:Clearance and spans match your actual equipment, from utility vehicles to full-size combines.

Wind-Load Rated
Columns run 3–5 m high with clear spans to 12 m, so wind load matters. We check frames and bracing to ASCE 7 and EN 1991 at full height, using open-terrain exposure factors typical for farmland.

Fast Field Assembly
Beams bolt to columns with splice joints. No field welding, no cutting. Pre-punched holes and captive hardware keep the fit-up tight. You set the splice, torque the bolts, and move on.

25-Year Structure Life
6000-series aluminum needs no paint or coating. Fasteners are 304 stainless. The system is TÜV-tested for a 25-year service life, in line with typical PV module warranties.

Rainwater Channeling
Tilt and row spacing shed rain to the crop rows instead of between them. You get less irrigation need on dry sites, and less ponding around roots in heavy rain.
